• 60-minute consultation to help you prepare for the session and decide what information you wish to uncover
• 2-hour virtual quantum hypnosis session in which we recover your memories from a previous contact experience
• Two 60-minute debriefing sessions to help you process and integrate the information from your session

After purchasing, you will be directed to schedule the consult through Calendly. My availability is as follows:

Tuesdays: 10 am- 4:30 pm CST

Wednesdays: 1 pm - 4:30 pm CST

I do not do sessions outside of this availability. Please plan accordingly.

HYPNOSIS CONSENT:

Nature of Hypnotherapy and Disclaimers: Hypnotherapy is not a replacement for medical treatment and/or psychological or psychiatric counseling/services. Clients should continue their medication as prescribed by their physicians. The practitioner does not treat, prescribe for or diagnose any condition. It is recommended that the client seek a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment they have. 

The client agrees to provide accurate background information when requested by the practitioner. If for any reason the client feels vulnerable or has any known psychological issues, they will not request a hypnotherapy session. 

Ceasing the Session: 

The client has the right to terminate any or all sessions at any given time. If the session has been conducted for more than ten minutes, the client agrees that a service has been provided and due payment will be required. If the session has gone on for up to ten minutes, the client agrees that 50% payment is due in effect of occupying the scheduled time slot.

The practitioner has the right to stop the session whenever they feel it is necessary. If the session must be stopped for any reason, the practitioner will try to explain why, although, not legally bound to do so.

Confidentiality: All information obtained during sessions, including but not limited to personal details, diagnoses, treatment, etc remain strictly confidential between the practitioner and client.

During seminars and workshops, case based information regarding a client may be shared as an example to illustrate the concepts being taught. However, the client's privacy is respected with the utmost care, thus all personal details will be hidden. If any information is shared, this is limited to symptoms and results only. 

Restrictions: For legal reasons, hypnotherapy will not be offered to anyone under the age of 18.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations require minimum 24-hours notice in order to accommodate other clients. Failure to do so may result in payment in full.

Agreement: All bookings made for hypnosis are done so with the understanding that you have read and agree to all details in this form. You as the client have entered into this contract of your own free will. By completing the payment, you affirm the preceding.
