My name is Erin and I am a mother, certified Alberta teacher, wife...Just a few hats I wear, but I am also a woman who has traveled along the muddy and dark road to finding myself.
After I had my first son, I struggled with my mental health. Once I had my second son, myself or my health team could not get my mental illness under control. I was told by my family doctor that even though medical doctors are supposed to treat the whole patient, most only really focus on the physical ailments but not the soul. He said maybe I need to do some soul searching. Impressed with his advice and still trying to find the right balance, I dug into topics and things that spoke to my soul.
I have always been interested in the metaphysical /alternative healing side of the world and decided to give Reiki a try for myself. With my first couple sessions, I was moderately feeling better about myself. I felt drawn to get my level I and II Reiki in October of 2021, and just practiced with family and friends since then.
Fast forward to now, I have pivoted my views of what I need to do to help others in this world. I have always been a "healer", but not in the sense of the medical field (blood and I do not mix). I feel that I am finally where I need to be and I hope that you will take trust in me to help you find solace in your own body, mind and spirit.

Services Offered:
- Usui Reiki - 30 or 60 minutes. Practiced with a crystal for each chakra to help strengthen the healing, and a card pulled to help focus your healing. After your session, an email will be sent with notes, chakra healing tips, and what you can do between sessions.
- EFT and TFT Tapping - 60 minutes. We discover the goals you wish to accomplish through the use of EFT/TFT, and work through a "recipe" (algorithm) to help bring down whatever you are feeling. 2-4 sessions are suggested to help reach the goal.
- Quantum Hypnosis Therapy and Readings - multiple sessions -The first session is approximately one hour where I get to know you, we work together to build your intention and any questions you have for your Higher Self. The second session is approximately 2 hours, where I lead you in your Quantum Hypnosis session with your intention. I will lead you through your session in a safe and loving environment. At the end I will send you an audio recording of your session and we will schedule a debrief of your session at another date (1 or 2 weeks after the QHT session)
All can be done online or in person
How we work together: For all types of sessions, I will get to know the client and help peel back layers to get down to the root cause. The client must be open to be helped and receive knowledge through our sessions together, where it be through Reiki, Tapping, or Quantum Hypnosis. I will not diagnose conditions, nor do I prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor will I interfere with the treatments of a licensed medical professional.
My Healing Philosophy: My teaching philosophy has really woven with my healing philosophy: Building relationships are key to healing and learning. If we do not have the foundations to feel safe, secure, and needs being met, we cannot heal or learn. Building relationships where the main needs to survive are met and we can build trust and a safe place.
